About My Blog

Idioms are expressions or phrases that have a particular meaning when combined that is different from the meaning of the individual words. The English language is chock full of them. People use idioms every day, but no one really thinks twice about what they mean or where they come from. This blog is a combination of analyses, silly stories, and dark-humored fictional pieces that explore idioms as they’re used in the English language. Drop me a line and let me know what you think. Enjoy!

I also have the same stories posted on my blogspot: http://idiomsoftheenglishlanguage.blogspot.com
